About the RoleYou will work with young people aged 16-24, delivering engaging and effectivelearning across Level 1 and 2 Health and Social Care qualifications. Key responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and learningSupport learners through one-to-one guidance and regular reviewsTrack and assess learner progress towards qualification outcomesMaintain accurate and timely learner recordsCollaborate with the wider team to maximise learner achievement About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has relevant industry experience in health and social care (essential)Has teaching experience in the health and social care sectorHolds a recognised teaching qualification (or is willing to work towards one)Is highly organised with strong communication skillsIs passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and succeed intheir personal and professional journeys.
