We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a special school in Barking and Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in education and training who wants to make a genuine difference to pupils with additional learning and support needs. The Role - Health and Social Care Graduate As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils in their learning, development and wellbeing. You will help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment across Barking and Dagenham. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils. Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and personal development. Helping pupils participate fully in classroom activities. Building positive and trusting relationships with children and young people. Working as part of a supportive education and care team. Following individual learning and support plans. Contributing to a positive approach to education and training within the school.
