Leading regulatory defence matters including corporate manslaughter and gross negligence cases

Handling health and safety, environmental, and motor crime investigations and prosecutions

Advising across multiple industries on regulatory compliance and defence strategy

Managing ancillary inquests linked to regulatory cases

Collaborating with a wider team of specialists to deliver robust client adviceThe Successful ApplicantThe Health and Safety/Regulatory Senior Associate should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in regulatory or health and safety law

Experienced in corporate manslaughter/gross negligence manslaughter cases

Skilled in managing investigations and prosecutions across health and safety and environmental sectors

Confident advising clients from diverse industries
