Develop, implement, and maintain the Health and Safety Management System including ISO 9001 and 45001 standardsConduct risk assessments, method statements, event safety plans, audits, inspections, and incident investigationsProvide onsite health and safety management, including toolbox talks and liaison with clients, venues, and authoritiesDeliver health and safety training to staff and contractors, promoting safe systems of work across all disciplinesEnsure equipment inspections, maintenance, and compliance in collaboration with Warehouse teamsStay up to date with HSE legislation and guidelines, supporting GDPR compliance across the organisationAdvise on safe systems of work across production disciplines, including rigging, staging, scenic, AV installations and power distributionRequirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably within live events or entertainmentKnowledge: Strong understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation, CDM regulations, and ISO accreditation processesISO 9001 and 45001 certificationsFull UK driving licence (preferred)Skills

Competence in writing and delivering RAMSExperience conducting audits and producing reportsIncident investigation and management of corrective actionsConfident communicator with strong decision makerAttributes: Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to flexible working hoursSeniority level
