Hybrid – 2 days per week onsiteResponsibilities:• Lead and manage the Health and Safety Support team• Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and welfare to directorate managers• Ensure the delivery of an effective health and safety service across the Directorate• Coach managers and team members to address and resolve health and safety issues• Champion a positive safety culture, linking values and leadership behaviours• Promote awareness and understanding of health and safety benefits• Drive the implementation of new health and safety policies and proceduresIdeal Candidate Profile:• Proven experience managing health and safety teams• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification)• Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)• Strong knowledge of current and emerging health and safety legislationIf you are interested in supporting with this assignment, please ..... full job details .....
