This is a remarkable opportunity for individuals looking to grow withing a company.The role of a Health and Safety Consultant is to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from conception to completion, providing the client with an amazing experience, offering a service that is built specifically for the client.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients, building tailored packages by identifying their specific requirements.Deliver clear legal advice to clients, surrounding all health and safety matters.Develop and implement health and safety management systems for clients’ projects. Conduct specialist risk assessments.Undertake HandS audits and write professional reports.Provide support developing and delivering training course to new and existing clients.Focus on building business development opportunities by capitalising your existing network and exploring new opportunities.Support acquisition of new projects by understanding all the services the company offers and demonstrating passion.Support other team members by sharing your knowledge and expertise.Provide support to our internal business functions and processes.Qualifications and ExperienceNEBOSHConstruction, Manufacturing experienceProficient IT and presentation skillsDriving LicenseCommunicates clearly across all platforms, is engaging and can speak to anyone at all levels.Thrives in a fast-paced demanding environment and enjoys resolving conflict.Understanding of CDM 2015, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, RIDDOR, Work at Height, Manual Handling, Welfare.Previous experience in a health and safety consultancy.This role presents an ideal opportunity for a Health and Safety Professional seeking professional growth and learning within a dynamic work environment.
