Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team.This is a hybrid role, combining office-based responsibilities in the Welwyn Hatfield area with regular visits to multiple construction sites across Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture throughout the business.Candidates with a background in Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or Construction will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance across the business.Develop, implement and continually improve health and safety policies, procedures and management systems.Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety assessments across multiple active construction projects.Ensure compliance with current UK legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, CDM Regulations and other relevant industry standards.Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances, producing detailed ..... full job details .....
