Health and Safety Manager Manufacturing Aldringham, Suffolk £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits PackagePrincipal People are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Health and Safety Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to join a fast-growing operational business and take ownership of health and safety across a busy production environment.The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to develop, implement and continuously improve the company''s health and safety management systems. This is a highly visible role where you''ll have the autonomy to influence safety culture, ensure legal compliance and make a genuine impact across the organisation.The key duties include: Leading and developing the company''s health and safety policies and procedures across manufacturing and office environments.Conducting and reviewing risk assessments to ensure hazards are effectively identified and controlled.Maintaining a visible presence across site, supporting operational teams and promoting safe working practices.Working closely with site managers and engineering teams to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.Driving a positive and proactive health and safety culture throughout the business.Monitoring health and safety performance and producing reports for senior leadership.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
