HSE ManagerGloucester Full-Time Permanent42,000 - 47,000 + Excellent BenefitsAre you an experienced HSE professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of health and safety across multiple manufacturing sites?We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead, develop and continuously improve health, safety and environmental standards across two manufacturing sites across the Midlands and South West.The role is primarily based at our Gloucester site, with regular travel to the second site required.This is a hands-on management position where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on safety performance, compliance and, most importantly, the overall safety culture across the business.The RoleAs HSE Manager, you will take ownership of the company''s safety management systems and provide expert guidance and support to site management and employees.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, developing and continuously improving safety management systems in line with ISO 45001.Managing incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.Undertaking regular internal safety audits and facilitating external audits.Maintaining site risk assessments, safety procedures and HSE manuals.Providing day-to-day operational HSE support and guidance to the site management team.Overseeing contractor management systems and ensuring appropriate safety standards are maintained.Monitoring compliance with relevant ..... full job details .....
