Health and Safety Manager

Health and Safety Manager Lichfield Circa £70,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits Irwin and Colton are working with a leading construction and building services specialist to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The role will focus on supporting health and safety across a range of fit-out, refurbishment and MandE projects across the Midlands. You will work closely with project teams, managers and engineers to drive standards and promote a positive safety culture. Key responsibilities: Providing practical health and safety advice to project and site teams Carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations Supporting risk assessments and method statements Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures Working with managers to improve health and safety performance and standards The successful candidate will have: Experience in construction, MandE, building services or a similar environment NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation Good communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and management This is a great opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to take ownership of HandS across a varied Midlands project portfolio.
