Health And Safety Officer

Reed Construction are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to provide essential support and guidance across our client''s Office, Site, and Fabrication Teams. This is an office based role in Birmingham. with Site work is based across the Midlands. This role is crucial in ensuring safe practices and environmental compliance within a healthy work environment. The successful candidate will liaise with staff, principal contractors, clients, and partners to ensure adherence to correct policies, including participation in site HandS walks and daily briefs. Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels, promoting a culture of engagement and continual improvement.
