Your new role As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will take a leading role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation''s health, safety and environmental management systems. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support across multiple operational sites.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and maintaining management systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Managing internal audits, inspections, and management reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.Developing and reviewing HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.Monitoring and managing corrective actions, non-conformities and continuous improvement initiatives.Conducting workplace inspections and providing practical HSE guidance to managers, employees and subcontractors.Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Delivering HSE training, ..... full job details .....
