Health and Safety Manager - Drylining This is more than just a job. It is an opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional to take ownership of HSE across a growing construction business and play a key role in shaping its safety culture. We are partnering with an established drylining subcontractor to appoint a Health and Safety Manager who can bring a practical, hands-on approach to the role while also having the confidence to improve systems, influence senior management and raise standards across the business. This is a genuinely varied position. You will spend time on site engaging with teams, carrying out inspections and audits, investigating incidents and supporting project teams, while also working closely with the senior leadership team to continually improve the company''s HSE systems and processes. Why this role stands out: Growing business: You will have responsibility for HandS across the core drylining business and its specialist subsidiaries covering Firestopping, Carpentry and Tiling. Hands-on role: This is not a desk-based compliance position. You will be regularly out on site, working directly with project teams, site management and operatives. Real autonomy: You will be trusted to manage your own workload, identify areas for improvement and implement changes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
