Are you an experienced Health and Safety Advisor or Manager with a strong background in delivering heavy civils projects within the rail sector? Do you have experience overseeing health and safety across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and driving improvements in safety performance? Are you looking for an opportunity to take ownership of health and safety across a range of rail and highways infrastructure projects throughout Scotland, with a high degree of autonomy? Location: East Kilbride - Office and site-based, with regular travel across Scotland Salary: up to £55,000 per annum DOE + company car or 10% car allowance Benefits: Hybrid/electric company car with fuel card or 10% car allowance Mileage expenses paid for travel to project sites Health Shield cashback plan 25 days annual leave, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days after one year of service 4% pension contribution Early finish on Fridays Role Overview: My client is looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Advisor or Manager to support the delivery of heavy civils projects across Scotland, predominantly within the rail and highways sectors.
