·You will review and support the development of risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work to ensure activities are carried out safely.
·You will monitor health and safety performance across multiple projects, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
·You will deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions to promote awareness and maintain high standards of health and safety.
·You will work closely with site managers, project managers and operational teams to ensure health and safety requirements are effectively implemented throughout project delivery.

·A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Scotland, as well as attend monthly meetings in Chorley.
·The ability to manage multiple projects independently, organise site visits and work effectively with operational teams.
Desirable Requirements:
·Experience working on heavy civils projects, including bridges, stations, steel structures or highways infrastructure.
