Hays Health and Safety are working with a growing construction organisation based in the Wirral specialising in high-rise cladding who are seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to support the Health and Safety Manager with a growing workload.Due to the success and growth of the organisation they are seeking somebody to support the Health and Safety Manager with day-to-day duties to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the workforce is paramount.Due to the nature of the role and the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced Health and Safety Manager this is a perfect role for a candidate eager to build a career in Health and Safety or eager to develop their skills and experience.The RoleWork with the Health and Safety Manager ensuring all Health and Safety documentation is maintained, developed and implemented across the organisationCreate Health and Safety Toolbox talks to be delivered to site teamsSupport in the sharing of corrective actions following incidentsSupport with the gathering of data from incident and near-miss reporting, compile reports and analyse trendsAssist with site audits and the development of RAMS on siteSupport with environmental reportingThe ideal candidateYou will have a genuine interest and desire to have a long-lasting career in Health and SafetyA NEBOSH qualification or equivalent qualification/experience is idealAn organised approach with an ability to manage your own time and workloadThe ability to analyse Health and Safety data and develop ..... full job details .....
