Your New RoleAs the Health and Safety Advisor with a strong emphasis on fire safety, you will lead on delivering expert guidance, policy development, and operational support across the organisation.You will play a key part in shaping the organisation''s fire safety arrangements, including: Developing and reviewing fire safety policies and procedures. Supporting fire risk assessments and advising operational teams on required controls. Coordinating fire evacuation drills and managing fire warden arrangements. Ensuring fire safety responsibilities are embedded across services in line with current fire legislation and best practice. Interpreting and implementing fire safety-related statutory requirements, including actions arising from audits, inspections or incidents.
