Health and Wellbeing Officer - Welsh Speaking Location: Llanelli, with travel across the local area Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Temporary Start Date: 7 September 2026 Contract Until: 6 December 2026 IR35: Inside IR35 Opportunity: Potential extension or permanent opportunity Travel: Flexibility to travel across the area is essential Welsh Language Requirement: Welsh Speaking Level 2 and Welsh Written Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Officer VNA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Wellbeing Officer to join a busy programme within a large public sector organisation in West Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in public health, health promotion, wellbeing, social work, community development or employability support who is passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers affecting their health, wellbeing and ability to progress towards employment. You will work directly with individuals and communities, providing tailored health and wellbeing support through one-to-one interventions, group sessions, assessments and personalised action plans. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with health services, community organisations and other partner agencies. There is also potential for the contract to be extended or for the position to become permanent.
