Health And Safety Advisor

We are seeking multiple experienced and proactive Health and Safety Advisors to join our clients growing team, supporting the safe delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Scotland. Based from our clients head office in Glasgow, you will provide professional health and safety advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, including onshore wind farms, substations, electrical infrastructure, grid connections and associated civil and construction works. This is a site-focused role, requiring regular travel across Scotland and the ability to build strong working relationships with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and clients. You will play a key role in promoting a positive health and safety culture and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, company standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities - Provide competent and practical health and safety advice to project managers, site teams, supervisors and contractors. - Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety tours across projects throughout Scotland. - Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, construction plans and client requirements. - Support project teams in the preparation, review and implementation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). - Assist with the development, review and implementation of Construction Phase Plans, Health and Safety Plans and associated project documentation. - Identify ..... full job details .....
