There are lots of people across this site and this role will require you to work and influence many of them so your communication and influencing skills will be keyt along with the ability to train others into new ways of working. There is a particular focus on machine safety and line safety so it would be preferred that you have experience of working in a manufacturing environment on production line safety procedures. You will be part of a fairly sized team so will have good support around you and the opportunity to learn from others. There are also great career development opportunities for the right individual. The site has many different processes and it is a great opportunity to learn. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the health and safety strategy by data analysis and looking at upcoming legislation changes Support and advise on all legislative changes Provide statistical reporting on key safety metrics and identify trends to create action plans with continuous improvement being at the forefront of your role Controlling site works from Health and Safety perspective such as permit to work ..... full job details .....
