Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board of Trustees, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, delivery, development, and strategic leadership of our operational services, including:Independent Living coordinationHospital DischargeDementia supportInformation and AdvicePaid-for home support servicesYou will be the organisational lead for safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance, ensuring that services are safe, high-performing, person-centred, and continuously improving.Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and management of operational servicesChampion safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance across all servicesEnsure services are safe, high-performing, person-centred, and continuously improvingLead on performance, contracts, compliance, and cultureRequirements / Qualifications
Experienced senior leader with a background in social care, health, or the voluntary sectorConfident people manager with ability to develop and motivate teams (our team includes over 90 staff and 100+ volunteers)Strong focus on performance management, contracts, compliance, and cultureComfortable presenting KPIs to trustees and engaging with customers in community settingsProven experience in managing innovative, high-quality frontline servicesStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesConfidence in safeguarding, health and safety, HR, and quality standardsCollaborative, flexible, and values-driven leadershipExcellent IT and data literacy with a solid understanding of contractual performanceWhat we offer
