Lead the strategic roadmap for the School, aligning it with the YSJ Strategy and Frameworks.Define the curriculum and ensure that teaching strategies address the diverse needs of students and stakeholders.Drive initiatives that enhance student outcomes and institutional performance across metrics.Ensure the curriculum is rigorous and meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.Collaborate with other schools and departments to deliver interdisciplinary courses that prepare students for a dynamic world.Represent the School and advocate for the mission within the university and the broader community.Mentor academic colleagues, fostering growth and ensuring robust academic scrutiny supports all programs.Lead educational leadership, with expertise in curriculum development, academic quality, and student engagement.Qualifications
Strong academic background and demonstrated leadership experience in higher education.Ability to inspire and engage colleagues, students, and stakeholders.Deep understanding of current trends in the sector and a commitment to innovative teaching and research practices.Proven track record in educational leadership and in creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and encourages new ideas.Employment details
