Lux ry outdoor furniture specialists Indian Ocean are recruiting an exceptional

Head of Sales .This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and very experienced sales and marketing professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales of the business across all markets covering UK Retail and Trade Sales, USA Trade Sales and International Export Sales. You will be influencing strategy, marketing and you will manage the entire sales process as well as key client accounts. This position requires an individual who is an expert in high-end sales; you should share our passion, have an appreciation of design, strong natural ability to influence, and be forward-thinking, ambitious and ready to lead the team at a key time in the company’s growth.You will need a comprehensive understanding of business processes, logistics and a global outlook to confidently manage both key partners and client expectations. Business development is a vital part of this role and you will have your own industry network to leverage.Responsibilities

Manage the Sales TeamSet objectives for the team, overseeing and providing guidanceDevise and implement Sales Strategy in collaboration with the Managing DirectorGenerate new business across sectorsIdentify and grow opportunities both UK and internationallyPrepare and deliver sales presentations with excellent product knowledgeAttend client meetings and trade shows in the UK and internationallyWork closely and build relationships with the Finance and Logistics TeamsSkills and Experience Required

Proven account management experience within luxury furniture/design industry; furniture highly desirableThorough understanding and interest in logistics, global shipping and export processesUnderstanding of technical plans and an interest in materialsStrong analytical skills to review opportunities and execute strategyProven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational and management skillsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility and the ability to thrive across both the Retail and Trade landscapeHighly IT literate and competent with Microsoft Suite, particularly ExcelRelevant Degree in Design/Interior Design or BusinessRole details
