A charity based in London are looking for a Head of People to join to lead a small team. This is a new role to provide strategic leadership to the team. The role offers hybrid working.

A Head of People to:

• Lead a small HR team in this newly established role, provide strategic leadership and direction to the wider organisation
• Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
• Lead on Reward activity
• Support the team with payroll and pensions activity
• Specific role duties and projects to be discussed

Profile

A Head of People with:

• Previous line management experience
• Previous experience supporting a community based organisation desirable
• Previous NFP experience essential
• Previous experience managing payroll essential

Job Offer

London based - hybrid working

Up to -65,000 per annum
