Leading and developing a team of 15+ (and growing) across multiple UK offices.Driving ambitious sales growth targets across SME and Enterprise.Embedding a

with compliance at its core.Owning lead generation strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals and partnerships.Working closely with marketing on digital journeys, campaigns, and online quote and buy solutions.Staying hands-on: supporting the team with technical sales, process improvements, pricing, and training.What you''ll bring
