Head of Sales

To realise this ambition, the company is seeking a talented and results-driven Head of Sales to shape its commercial strategy, develop new markets and deliver sustained sales and margin growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of sales performance across the UK, Ireland and export markets. You will develop a clear, data-led growth strategy, translate it into a focused annual plan and provide inspiring leadership to a talented team. We are seeking a commercially astute sales leader with a proven record of growth in capital equipment, engineered solutions or a similar product-led sector. You will bring experience of developing new markets, leading high-performing teams and turning strategy into results. You will also recognise the importance of outstanding customer aftercare and close collaboration with colleagues across production, engineering and design.
