An established design-led company is seeking a Head of Regional Sales to lead and grow its presence in the UK market. This role is full-time, remote, and reports directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development. The position requires a proven leader with strong experience in sales, dealership management, and project-based business development, ideally within the furniture or interiors sector.Responsibilities
Develop and execute UK-specific market strategies to increase market share and brand awarenessIdentify and secure new business opportunities, building long-term partnershipsManage and expand relationships with UK dealers, project clients, and commercial partnersLead sales planning including annual budgets, targets, and strategy developmentOversee contract negotiations, project progress, and after-sales processesRepresent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetingsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation activitiesDrive sales initiatives across all channels through field visits and proactive client engagementLead and support UK and international sales/operations teams, ensuring performance and collaborationTake an active role in process improvement and continuous business development initiativesSkills and Experience
Strong background in dealership management, project sales, and B2B business developmentMinimum 8 years in sales and client management, with at least 3 years’ experience in Furniture, Lighting or related industriesExperience managing teams, ideally across multiple regionsExcellent knowledge of the UK market and commercial interiors sectorTechnical and commercial skills in planning, budgeting, and project managementProficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS OfficeAdvanced English (additional languages are an advantage)Degree in a relevant field (Interior Architecture, Product Design, Engineering, or similar) preferredEligible to work in the UK without sponsorshipJoin a creative, design-focused international brand with a growing UK presenceFully remote within the UKOpportunity to represent the brand in key industry events and shape its UK market positioningCompetitive salary package aligned with experience and market standardsSeniority level
