Head of Capital Markets (London/Remote)

The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Capital Markets to lead corporate finance, capital markets, and MandA strategy. This senior leadership position will be responsible for shaping funding structures, managing investor relationships, and supporting the delivery of an ambitious project pipeline.

The Candidate

Extensive experience in senior corporate finance roles, including MandA and strategic funding.

Strong expertise in capital markets — debt, equity, and hybrid instruments.

Experience in infrastructure or project finance (BESS, data centres, or similar).

Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex transactions.
