Your new company An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced property and FM leader to join a major client-side organisation in a strategically important role overseeing property and facilities operations across multiple international locations. This is far more than a traditional estates role. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of a significant corporate property portfolio, lead major workplace transformation programmes and develop a long-term property strategy that supports business growth, employee engagement and operational excellence. You''ll be responsible for everything from lease negotiations and portfolio planning through to high-profile office relocations, refurbishments and workplace modernisation projects.
