The role is fully office-based in Weston-super-Mare, offering excellent training, career progression, and outstanding benefits including an 11% employer-paid pension. Salary is Circa

£50,000 PA.

The working hours are office hours 37.5 Monday - Friday.

To provide strategic oversight, leadership, and direction to the Projects and Delivery function, ensuring that all projects and programmes are delivered to the highest standards. The Head of Projects and Delivery will play a key role in shaping departmental growth, fostering innovation, and bridging communication between senior management and the operational delivery teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Projects and Delivery will:Lead the Projects and Delivery function, setting standards for delivery qualityDevelop and implement strategies for departmental growth and efficiencyFoster innovation in delivery methods, tools, and client engagementAct as the main point of contact between senior management and delivery teamsEnsure alignment of departmental activities with company-wide strategic objectivesOversee complex programmes and ensure cross-team collaborationMonitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvement plansProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to senior delivery staffManage departmental budgets and ensure financial accountabilityMaintain compliance with ISO and governance frameworks across all delivery operationsRepresent the department in high-level client and partner discussionsIdentify and develop future leaders within the department
