You will promote best practices, drive continuous improvement, and develop engineering standards and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering activities across multiple projectsDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practicesMentor and provide technical guidance to engineering team membersEnsure delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose productsSupport business-wide improvement initiatives with internal teamsIdentify and resolve engineering and design challenges proactivelyReview and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentationRepresent engineering in cross-functional discussions and business strategyIdeal candidates will have experience in project or engineering-focused environments, with exposure to power generation, capital equipment, construction engineering, or similar industries.
