Associate Director - Public Sector Practice: A leading University needs an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to drive the successful implementation of phase 2 of the people systems project. We are looking for a hands-on Programme leader with strong delivery credentials, high level of stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Fixed term contract to July 2026.Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the phase 2 of the people systems project as part of a critical transformation programme with two workstreams, approved investment, and clearly defined deliverables.Provide hands-on Programme leadership with strong delivery credentials, and manage stakeholder engagement to meet tight deadlines.System, Automation, and Innovation : Introduction of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and AI-driven capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors.Position Data and Established Control : Develop the University’s approach to data and implement robust position management structures.Qualifications

Significant experience in leading complex programmes across HR, digital systems, or transformation settings, and ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent platforms.Proven track record in delivering large-scale change and innovation across diverse stakeholder landscapes.Strong understanding of Data Governance, organisation design principles and change management.Experience establishing and operating robust programme governance and delivery mechanisms.Please send your CV to discuss role in more detail.
