Working closely with Executive and Director-level stakeholders, you will provide the leadership, governance and oversight needed to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritised effectively, sequenced appropriately and successfully delivered. The role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, supporting leaders to translate ambition into action and ensuring change is embedded across the organisation.Leading a capable team of five project and portfolio professionals, you will provide a clear, organisation-wide view of strategic change, enabling informed investment decisions and strengthening delivery capability across the organisation.
