Head of PMO (Project Delivery and Programme Leadership)

Lead. Deliver. Scale.Escape is recruiting for a senior project leader to take ownership of a growing PMO function within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is a key leadership role sitting close to the Site Leadership Team, with real influence over delivery, performance and future growth.You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing projects while helping shape how the PMO operates as the business expands. Initially hands-on, this role has clear scope to build and lead a project management team over time.You will be someone who naturally drives results and takes ownership and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.Key Responsibilities:Lead delivery of multiple complex projects across a regulated environmentAct as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to site strategy and performanceEnsure robust project governance, planning, budgeting and resource controlManage senior stakeholder and customer relationships throughout the project lifecycleOversee risk, issues and change control, ensuring projects stay on trackSupport commercial growth through input into proposals and customer bidsDrive consistency in project delivery methods and best practiceSupport and guide project managers across active programmesEnsure GMP / regulated standards are fully embedded in project deliveryLead lessons learned and continuous improvement across the functionKnowledge and experience for the role:Strong ..... full job details .....
