The Opportunity : Head of manufacturing / Production Director jobs role

• We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Operations Director -level leader to take full responsibility for a complex, 24/7 manufacturing operation within a highly regulated, precision engineering environment.
• This is a senior leadership role with full site accountability, overseeing production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, quality, and Health, Safety & Environment performance.
• It''s a highly successful 60 headcount business (part of a large international group). It''s 24/7 manufacturing - small batch - bespoke / complex and regulated manufacturing.

Candidate background: Head of Manufacturing jobs role

• We are open to Site Managers, Operations Directors, Plant Managers or Senior Manufacturing Leaders who bring:
• Strong background in chemical, engineering, electronics, semiconductor, or similarly regulated manufacturing (medical, oil and gas, aero etc)
• Leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments - where quality standards are very high-
• Strong Lean / CI track record-(Six Sigma desirable)
• Within 1 hour approx. of Kirkcaldy / Glenrothes region
