This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You''ll be trusted to make things happen, influence senior stakeholders, and build a people function that supports a fast-moving, commercially focused business. The Role Reporting directly to the leadership team, you''ll take ownership of all people-related activity across the business, including: Leading and developing the people strategy to support growth. Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit. Managing employee relations and employment law matters. Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams. Driving engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives. Overseeing HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits and people reporting. Building scalable processes, policies and frameworks as the business grows. About You We''re looking for someone who: Has experience as a Head of People, Head of HR, Senior HRBP or HR Manager.
