CMA HR Division is partnering with a highly successful and innovative organisation based in Southampton to recruit an experienced Interim Head of People Development and Reward for an initial six-month assignment.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about developing organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, talent strategies and reward frameworks. Leading a diverse portfolio of People Centre of Excellence functions, including Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Talent, Culture and RewardTranslating business priorities into practical and commercially focused people strategies that drive measurable outcomesPartnering with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning and organisational effectivenessReviewing and evolving reward and recognition frameworks to ensure they remain competitive, equitable and aligned to business objectivesChampioning a high-performance culture by embedding talent, development ..... full job details .....
