What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a 40+ person business unit.

You’ll:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Own the P&L and drive sustainable, profitable growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Shape culture, performance, and long-term strategy

This role offers genuine ownership—you’ll run the business as if it were your own.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and knows how to turn opportunity into results.

• Senior management experience within sheet metal / fabrication
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L ownership essential)
• Track record of driving growth and improving profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and deliver through others
• Confident communicator who can influence customers and stakeholders

Location & Hours

Sherburn in Elmet (with occasional travel to other sites)
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
