Head of Operations - Soft FM Location: London Salary: 90,000 - 100,000 per annum Employment: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Sector: Healthcare / Facilities Management The Opportunity A UK Leading FM Service Provider is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations - Soft FM to lead the operational delivery of a major healthcare facilities management contract in London. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for overseeing a broad range of Soft FM services, leading large operational teams and ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery, compliance, commercial performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the operational strategy for the contract, building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across a complex healthcare environment.
