to continue their expansion. This brand-new role is ideal for someone who has progressed from a trade or craftsmanship background into operational leadership, bringing both hands-on credibility and strong commercial awareness.The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations across logistics, installation planning, compliance, and project delivery. You will also play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and right-first-time results, while shaping and developing a high-performing team.About the RoleOversee daily operations across compliance, logistics, scheduling, warehousing, and installations.Get out on site regularly to support teams, assess quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.Manage the full project lifecycle from survey through to successful completion.Recruit, onboard, and develop operational staff; set KPIs and monitor performance.Drive operational and cost efficiencies, managing budgets and reducing waste.Refine workflows to ensure efficient resourcing and right-first-time delivery.Work closely with sales and senior leadership to align operations with business growth.Provide clear reporting and insights on operational performance to the board.About YouOver 8 years’ experience, ideally starting in trade/craftsmanship (e.g. joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms) and moving into operations leadership.Strong knowledge of project management and installation processes in KBB or related sectors.Ability to manage PandL, budgets, and operational performance.Analytical, with experience interpreting KPIs and data.Strong leadership skills: you are able to inspire, coach, and develop diverse teams.Excellent communicator, with a professional yet approachable style.A strong cultural fit: collaborative, grounded, and able to thrive in a family-run business.ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
