4-day working week

Location:

Gloucester (Hybrid – as little as 1 day a fortnight in the office)

A 4-day working week with a full-time salary

Work predominantly from home, with optional in-office days in Gloucester

The potential to progress to Chief Compliance Officer

The chance to work with a rapidly growing FinTech lender aiming to expand their loan book 3-4 times annually over the next 5 years

This established FinTech has successfully operated a 4-day workweek for years and offers flexible working policies tailored to individual circumstances.

You will manage a small team of 2, lead compliance initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, promote an ethical environment, and drive regulatory change.

You will provide regulatory advice, promote continuous improvement in customer experience, and ensure the fair treatment of customers. It is expected that you will also assume MLRO responsibilities in due course.

Ideal candidates will have senior compliance experience (preferably SMF16) within regulated consumer lending, with strong knowledge of FCA regulations (CONC, DISP, SYSC) and Consumer Duty.
