This role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations required to grow and scale a business. The role is dynamic and not limited to the below, but as a steer:Oversee the day to day operations of the London officeDesign and implement scalable processesImplement technology changes, staying one step ahead of market changesLead on operational planning for market expansion, including being the lead of the New York office openingWorking alongside the finance team on financial and compliance requirementsWorking with the sales team on PSL and client onboardingCollaborating with the leadership team to move the business through to the next stage of growth and beyond.This is a hands on role that would suit an experienced operation manager looking for the next step or a head of operations with experience in a recruitment or professional services firm to take ownership of the department.Benefits
