With continued growth and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations to help drive performance, maintain exceptional care standards and support the ongoing development of their services.Working closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations across Wakefield and the surrounding areas, ensuring services remain safe, compliant, efficient and focused on delivering outstanding person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining excellent standards of care.Drive service quality, CQC compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement.Lead, motivate and develop care teams, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.Oversee operational performance, staffing, budgets and resource management.Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and other stakeholders.Identify opportunities ..... full job details .....
