The site played a major role in the ready meal revolution in the 1970s, launching three of the first-ever prepared ready meal products - cauliflower cheese, cottage pie and Cumberland pie - all for Marks and Spencer. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced operational leader to oversee and drive performance across both sites. This role is not just about getting product out the door - it''s about shaping the future. We need someone who can help secure long-term business by proving capability and building a resilient, adaptable operation.
