About the Role: This is a senior role with responsibility for managing the divisional capital plan, working closely with our sites to identify, prioritise and deliver projects that support the future of our manufacturing operations. You will work across a broad range of projects, including capital builds, facilities, equipment replacement and upgrades, reliability improvements and productivity opportunities. A key part of the role will be ensuring that complex and high-value projects are delivered safely, effectively and with minimal disruption to live production environments. You will work closely with site engineering and operational teams, as well as suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders, taking projects from initial planning and investment through to implementation and completion.
