to strengthen station performance and operational excellence. You will be the first responder for underperforming stations - deploying quickly, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective action in partnership with local teams.Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesRapidly deploy to struggling stations to diagnose operational failings.Partner with station managers and planners to implement corrective measures.Determine minimal, cost-effective use of resilience resources when required.Act as operational first responder before escalation to central teams.Track performance improvements and ensure accountability at station levelQualifications
