We are seeking a Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to lead a high-performing analytics function, driving reporting excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across a healthcare-focused organisation. About the Role You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of business intelligence, reporting, forecasting, and data management services. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure reporting solutions are accurate, insightful, and aligned with organisational objectives while continually improving reporting standards, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage an annual Business Intelligence workplan, ensuring reporting services meet business requirements. Oversee the production, validation, quality assurance, and governance of management information and performance reporting. Lead the design, maintenance, and continual improvement of reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools. Manage relationships with software providers and support the delivery of bespoke reporting requirements.
