Our client plays a pivotal role in supporting London’s business community by delivering socio-economic and regeneration initiatives aimed at driving growth and investment across Central London. We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Head of Marketing and Events who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to work with a network of over 500 member organisations from a wide variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing, communications and events strategy that aligns with our key mission and Business Plan.Responsibilities
Lead on the delivery of the marketing, communications and events strategyLine management of the Marketing and Events ManagerEnsure all communications are accurate, consistent and adhere to our tone of voice and style guideWork with the wider team to deliver specific project events and campaignsManage the budget, ensuring all processes are adhered to and signed offWork with the Marketing and Events Manager to maintain a consistent level of content across all social media channels – adhering to the predefined content pillars but also identifying other opportunities for contentWork with the Marketing and Events Manager to publish news articles, social media copy and other content, as requiredOversee the collation of content and distribution of the newsletter, taking overall responsibility for the finished productLead the Marketing and Events Manager to report on and analyse all aspects of communications, including social media performance and insightsDeliver an events programme across all key themesThe Candidate
Stakeholder engagement: communicate effectively with target audiences and build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across various teamsUnderstanding of creative design/ graphic design, brand guidelines and the importance of consistencyAbility to think creatively and to communicate effectively across all mediaAbility to manage a budgetThe contract will start mid-October 2025 for 13 months.
