Head of Group Reporting

A fast-growing consultancy group, backed by private equity and pursuing a buy-and-build strategy, is hiring a Head of Reporting supporting its finance transformation and exit readiness. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, delivery-focused finance professional who thrives in high-growth, transaction-driven environments.Your new roleLead monthly group reporting and consolidation across multiple entitiesStandardise data and charts of accounts to improve reporting consistencyProduce board and management packs with insightful analysisSupport vendor due diligence and transaction preparationPartner with external advisors (audit, tax, legal)Mentor subsidiary finance teams and raise reporting standardsEnhance reporting systems (e.g. Power BI) and controls

What you''ll need to succeedACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedStrong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and financial controlsExposure to buy-side/sell-side transactions or exit readinessBackground in professional services or PE-backed businesses desirableHands-on, detail-focused, and pragmaticExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
