Marketing, Admissions, and Talent Acquisition . This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for families and professionals alike.
As Head of Marketing and Admissions, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a multi-channel strategy that elevates brand visibility, drives parent engagement, and attracts top-tier talent. You’ll lead high-performing teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring creativity, data, and commercial insight to every initiative.
What You’ll LeadMarketing and Brand
Own the brand story and bring it to life across digital campaigns, PR, events, and in-person experiences
Lead content and creative direction across all platforms including website, social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Drive performance marketing through PPC and SEO to generate high-quality parent and talent enquiries
Build and nurture media relationships and PR strategy to boost visibility in the early years and education space
Admissions
Own the full parent enquiry journey, leading a dedicated team managing inbound enquiries via CRM
Continuously optimise the admissions process to ensure a seamless, warm, and premium experience
Use CRM data to identify trends, refine performance, and improve conversion
Talent Acquisition
Lead the in-house recruitment team across multiple nursery sites
Develop and execute a proactive recruitment strategy aligned with current needs and future growth
What You’ll Bring
Proven senior leadership experience across marketing, admissions, and/or recruitment—ideally in a multi-site, customer-facing business
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to shape and drive business success across multiple channels
A passion for delivering outstanding experiences for both prospective parents and future team members
A creative yet data-driven mindset with deep marketing expertise and campaign oversight
A strong track record in developing and leading teams, with the ability to coach, support, and drive performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A genuine connection to the values and mission of early years education
